Boynton Beach | Tia Fitness

This fitness session has been a long time in the making! I’ve trained alongside Tia for years, and thanks to her dad, I finally had the chance to get her in front of my lens. Her years of dedication are undeniable, but this prep was on another level. Despite dealing with a hand injury that required surgery, Tia showed incredible resilience and finished strong. It was an honor to capture her hard work and unwavering focus. Keep inspiring us all my friend!
